Instructions for: Product Specialist

You have been assigned two checkpoints in Content Supernova. Complete them in order.

Checkpoint 3: Company, Content & Entity Review

Please complete the following inside the app:

  1. Open the sections related to company information, entity definitions, and content inputs.
  2. Review, add and/or edit your core company information:
    • Company name
    • Website URL
    • Company description
    • Headquarters details
    • Social profile links
  3. Confirm that the company description meets the minimum length requirement:
    • At least 40 characters
  4. Review, add and/or edit the entries related to your company's:
    • Problems solved
    • Capabilities
    • Solutions
  5. Check each generated description for accuracy and clarity.
  6. Confirm that each description meets the minimum length requirement:
    • At least 15 characters
  7. Edit any language that is too generic, incomplete, inaccurate, or not aligned with your company's actual positioning.
  8. Review, add and/or edit any content-input sections tied to site mapping and interlinking, including:
    • Page-level content inputs
    • Topic lists
    • Related content fields in the app
  9. Check for missing, incomplete, or unclear entries.
  10. Review section status indicators as you work:
    • Green = section complete and valid
    • Yellow = missing required fields
    • Red = validation errors present
    • Gray = section not started
    • Orange = using defaults or missing site content
  11. Save your work as you complete each section.
  12. Use Save and Submit after all relevant sections are complete.
  13. Notify your contact at Ambient Array once your work is completed.

Checkpoint 4a: Documentation Review

Please complete the following inside the app:

  1. Open the documentation or asset-related sections assigned to you.
  2. Review, add and/or edit any supporting documentation inputs, including:
    • Datasheets
    • White papers
    • Related technical or product assets
  3. Check that each document entry is accurate, complete, and clearly labeled.
  4. Add any missing documentation requested for the project.
  5. Flag anything that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or missing.
  6. Review section status indicators as you work:
    • Green = section complete and valid
    • Yellow = missing required fields
    • Red = validation errors present
    • Gray = section not started
    • Orange = using defaults or missing site content
  7. Save your work as you complete each section.
  8. Use Save and Submit after all relevant sections are complete.
  9. Notify your contact at Ambient Array once your work is completed.
